R&D - Roy Greenberg
Committee realizes that there will be a lot of sitouts carried over to the spring season because of rain-outs.

New Admissions - John Newman
Please look over the draft document of appropriate requirements for new clubs. These would be committee guidelines and would give guidance to new clubs wishing to apply. Please let him have your comments.

President - Jeff Skigen
Adele Dolansky is retiring from WAGS. She will continue to be the Region I administrator. We wish Adele well. Jeff will have a meeting with Adele next week to talk about scheduling. There may be some scheduling problems particularly with coaches with multiple teams. It may not be possible to accomodate the scheduling of more than two teams.

There are issues with the U10's -an equitable number of home games can be a problem. We may also need to stack upper age groups together so that you do not have an U19 and then an U12 game back-to-back on a field, Any imput--please give Kathleen a call.

VYSA Workshop--January 30-31 in Richmond.

Maryland Workshop -February 15.

Rainouts issue--we have a calendar voted on at our annual meeting which becomes the rule on when the season starts and stops. Under the rules no game may be scheduled after the last rainout day. Officers and commissioners met last night to discuss options. We know there is no fair way to bring the season to a close.

After much discussion, several motions were made but all were defeated. The season stands as finished.

Meeting adjourned at 8:55PM.
