Minutes are approved from the last meeting.

Motion made by Southwest, seconded by Braddock Road.
Motion to approve all the actions of the Board of Directors and Officers since the last AGM Meeting.
Motion passes.

Meeting is turned over to the Chairman of the Nominating Committee- Jim Ferguson. All the officers positions are up for election.

The slate is as follows:
President- Jeff Skigen
Vice-President- Jim Yacobi
Treasurer- Roger Ney
Secretary- Anne Maynes.

Motion to accept the slate as listed.

A Stoddert U10 player was killed in an automobile accident as was his mother. The player was buried in his uniform. NCSL will make a contribution to scholarship.
