NCSL ANNUAL  MEETING AND ELECTIONS-JUNE 20, 2002

 

Meeting called to order at 9:30PM.

Roll call from BOD meeting showed a quorum.

Clubs not present: Baltimore Football, Damascus, Eastern Panhandle, Lee-Mt.Vernon, Mid-county, Soccer Assoc. of Columbia, Vienna and Washington Soccer Club.

Minutes are approved from the last meeting.

 

Motion: To approve all the actions of the Board of Directors and Officers since the last AGM Meeting.

Motion made by Ft. Wash.

Motion passes.

 

The Chairman of the Nominating Committee, Jim Ferguson, is unable to be here tonight, Russ Horn from SWYA will run the elections.

 

The slate is as follows:

President- Jeff Skigen

Vice-President- Ray Greenberg

Treasurer-Roger Ney

Secretary-Anne Maynes.

Nominations from the floor are open.

Motion to accept the slate as listed.

Motion passes.

 

Thank you to Jim Yacobi for his services over the last few years.

 

What happens to R&D?  Ray will continue to do both with a focus on finding other people  to take over.
